Do you charge a call-out fee?
No hidden call-out fee — we quote the whole job upfront before any work starts, so the price you're told is the price you pay.
Are you licensed for gas work?
Yes — our plumbers hold full gasfitting licences alongside general plumbing, so hot water, cooktop and gas line work is all covered.
What areas do you cover?
Pottsville, Cabarita Beach, Kingscliff, Hastings Point and Casuarina, with occasional jobs further into the Tweed on request.
Is there an emergency line?
Yes — burst pipes, no hot water and blocked drains are taken as priority callouts, seven days a week.
Do you offer a workmanship guarantee?
