Read the full termsWhat counts as a bug?
Something we built that stops working the way you approved it: a form that won’t send, a link that goes nowhere, a page that looks wrong on a phone. Bugs are fixed free for 12 months after launch, and for as long as you’re on Care. If your site is down or your form is broken, we’re on it the same business day.
What’s a small change on Care?
An update to something already on your site, inside your current design, that takes us 30 minutes or less: new prices, hours, photos or wording. Send as many as you need (fair use is about an hour a month) and each one is done within two business days. Anything bigger, we quote first.
Do I have to take Care?
No. Without it, your site still runs in your own accounts and bugs are still fixed free for 12 months. Care is for owners who’d rather not think about it: we watch the site, keep it secure, make your changes, and keep fixing bugs after the 12 months are up.
What happens if I cancel Care?
Your site keeps running. It’s on your domain, in hosting accounts in your name, so nothing moves and nothing goes offline. We send you a copy of every file and a list of your accounts, then remove our access. No exit fee and no notice period.
What happens when the 12-month warranty ends?
On Care, nothing changes: bugs are still fixed free. Without Care, your site keeps running as it is, and if something breaks we give you a fixed price before we fix it. We’ll email you a month before your warranty ends, so it’s never a surprise.
Who owns my website and domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your business’s name from day one, and once the site is paid for, the design, the words and the code are yours.
Where is my site hosted, and is it secure?
On Cloudflare’s global network, in an account in your name. We build without WordPress, plugins or a database, so there’s far less to attack. Every page has the padlock, attacks are blocked before they reach your site, and every change is saved, so any version can be put back in minutes.
Will I get a login?
Yes. Every client gets a private dashboard. You sign in with your email and we send a one-time code, so there’s no password to remember. It shows your build’s progress, then after launch your visits, Google search and security checks, with a box to ask for changes.
What do you need from me to get started?
A 20-minute call, then your logo, photos and business details from a simple checklist. No logo? We can make one. Most sites are live within one to two weeks of the checklist being done.
Can you guarantee I’ll be first on Google?
No one honestly can, because Google decides. What we can promise is a site built the way Google likes: fast, clear and set up properly for local search. Grow adds the ongoing work that moves you up over time.
